PRINCIPAL -- BROKER Dennis is the Managing Principal and Broker of Record for TRI Outdoor Properties. He is also the Broker of Record for the parent company, TRI Commercial Real Estate Services. Dennis has over 35 years of experience in real estate, the majority of which has been managing a large staff of sales agents involved in the full range of brokerage specialties and services. Prior to his current position, Dennis was the Managing Director at TRI Commercial’s Sacramento Office for 7 years. In 2008 TRI created Outdoor Properties as a satellite brokerage company to specialize in premium rural properties and to take advantage of the opportunity to be in participation with Cabela’s Trophy Properties. Dennis’ earlier experiences include senior management positions at 2 national commercial brokerage firms, President and CEO of Sacramento’s largest suburban office development company and General Manager of the 4th largest residential real estate company in California. Dennis started his college education at the University of Washington in Seattle and later graduated from California State University at Sacramento with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Minor in Business Administration. He has been a Licensed Real Estate Broker since 1974 and served as a Licensed Arbitrator for the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASDAQ) and the Pacific Stock Exchange (PSE). Dennis is a native Sacramentan who has always enjoyed the many outdoor recreational pursuits California has to offer including camping, hunting, skiing, scuba diving and tennis. His current passions are fly fishing and golf. Dennis is a U. S. Army Veteran who served in Viet Nam.
