SPECIALIZATION Bill is a member of the TRI Outdoor Properties team. He is a native Northern Californian with a long history of experience in land use and land management. In particular, he brings expertise in agricultural management and finance. PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Since 2005, Bill has been Executive Director of the Central Valley Farmland Trust. Previously, he spent 28 years with the Farm Credit System serving in a variety of positions including Manager of the San Luis Obispo Production Credit Association, which provided production financing for farmers and ranchers along California’s Central Coast. He began his career with Crocker National Bank in San Francisco, where he served in the Real Estate Trust Department managing farms and ranches held in a fiduciary capacity by the bank.
