Specialization • TRI Outdoor Properties, Inc. – participating with CABELAS TROPHY PROPERTIES • Outdoor Recreational Land, Mitigation, Farm Land • Existing Industrial clients PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND Prior to 1985 Royce worked with Bank of America’s, International Banking Office in San Francisco, RACOR International in Modesto, California, was a partner with Plasticon, Inc. in Chicago, worked with Mobil Chemical’s Plastics packaging division in Pittsford, N.Y. and was their western regional sales manager while working in Woodland, California. Since 1985 industrial brokerage in the Sacramento Region with Sylva-Kirk & Company and then TRI Commercial Real Estate. Individual membership with the Society of Office and Industrial Realtors (SIOR) and served as the 2003 President of the Northern California Chapter. Member of the Association of Commercial Real Estate (ACRE) and was recognized during 2004 as a Top Producer at TRI Commercial. Client recommendation letters are available ranging from small building purchases for end user clients to 509,000 sq. ft. warehouse leases extending over 10 years. Royce will continue to provide professional services to all of his existing industrial clients while he begins to focus on outdoor recreational properties. Raised in the central valley of California surrounded by dairies, corn fields and cotton gins, Royce has an appreciation for agribusiness. He returned earlier while working for Bank Of America’s International Banking Office in San Francisco to counsel farmers who were active exporters suggesting the available methods of finance. For the future, Royce will again work in the central valley of California with a focus on significant outdoor properties while participating with CABELA’S Trophy Properties™. Together with his partners, Mike Kuppenbender and Olen Zirkle, who together comprise TRI Outdoor Properties, Inc., they will introduce these landowners to the benefits of listing their sites for sale with Cabela’s to attract those loyal customers who are enthusiastic supporters of outdoors recreational activities.
