In 2008 TRI Commercial Real Estate Services, a corporation in business since 1977 formed TRI Outdoor Properties, a subsidiary corporation in participation with Cabela's Trophy Properties. The Outdoor Properties group is a team of seasoned professionals whose focus is on recreational, agricultural, farm & ranch and conservation properties in order to meet the requests from clients asking to work with agents who specialize in those types of properties and their related issues, which include:
